What We Do: We build new template websites for Realtors®, builders, and property managers, and customize existing template sites. We make sure your site is user-friendly, functional, and looks great, so that you look professional. Template websites are quick, affordable, and you can upgrade them as your budget allows.

What We DON'T do: Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Template sites have many built-in features that will help your SEO, but it's a RAPIDLY changing field with its own experts. They can advise you on things like pay-per-click, Google Ad words, helpful keywords, meta-tags, etc. I make your site look good, SEO experts can drive clients to it. I can refer you to several SEO companies that do very good work.

About LG: I started working in the real estate business in 1997, and I've been licensed in the state of Hawaii since 1999. I currently have my Hawaii Broker's license, so I'm very familiar with the real estate business. I never felt that general real estates sales was my niche - I've always been more of a behind-the-scenes administrative person. I've found that building websites is much more fun than other aspects of real estate.

I'd been helping  Realtor® friends with template websites for over five years, and I decided in 2008 to open my own website businss - Looking Glass WebDesign.

I was surprised to see how few Realtors® were really using their websites to their fullest, but I think the problem is - TIME. Template sites are not difficult to customize, but it does take time - one thing that Realtors® are always short on. That's why I'm here!
